About Robert C.Peckham & Associates 

     Robert C. Peckham, P.E. founded Robert C. Peckham & Associates in 1983 to provide
expertise in the areas of vehicular accident reconstruction and analysis, as well as
product and equipment failure analysis and defect analysis.  Mr. Peckham has worked on
cases involving consumer, commercial and industrial products and systems including
fabrication equipment, process equipment, and medical equipment.  

     Mr. Peckham has qualified and testified as an expert Mechanical Engineer and/or
accident reconstructionist in various superior and/or federal courts in California,
Nevada, Washington, Arizona and Montana.
